BMC Terms and Conditions

GOLDEN KEY Plan

  1. Golden Key is an absolutely beneficial jewellery purchase plan (no wastage and no making charges) designed with an EMA (Easy Monthly Advance) payment option.

  2. Bhima My Choice Golden Key Jewellery purchase plan is applicable only online and can be redeemed only online.

  3. The customer must pay 11 fixed and equal monthly advances of a minimum of ₹ 5,000/- or above in multiples of one thousand. The advance payments cannot be extended beyond the 11th month and are not transferable under any circumstance.

  4. As a promotional offer, effective 11.10.2022, one free gold coin for every Rs.8000 will be shipped to the address provided at the time of enrolment. The gold coin is given for the first instalment only.

  5. The plan involves payment of equal monthly advances over 11 Months. One monthly purchase advance shall be paid every succeeding calendar month.

  6. Payments of EMA (easy monthly advance) against the purchase of jewellery beyond the stipulated period or payment for more than one month will not be allowed.

  7. Upon maturity, the customer has to redeem the aggregate amount in full; if there is a balance, the amount (partial closure) will not be refunded in cash and can only be adjusted on the purchase of gold/coins.

  8. The member can purchase at the end of the 11th month without any value addition/making charges on gold jewellery/gold coins (no wastage and no making) on the Bhima Online portal only. (Bhimagold.com)

  9. The gold rate will be applicable on the date of billing/prevalent gold rate as of the date of purchase.

  10. Under the Golden Key plan, 18-karat jewellery, diamonds, bullion, silver and platinum ornaments cannot be purchased.

  11. Stone charges, if any, are to be paid by the customer at the time of purchase.

  12. By enrolling for the Golden Key, the customer hereby enters into an agreement to purchase jewellery from M/s Bhima Gold Private Limited, Bengaluru, referred to as ‘bhimagold.com’. The advance payments made by customers shall not be construed as loans or deposits. Such purchase advance payments can only be adjusted towards the purchase of jewellery from bhimagold.com only after the 11th month.

  13. A customer should enrol for Golden Key after carefully reading, understanding, and agreeing to its terms and conditions and submitting the filled-in and accepted enrolment application form along with the uploaded copy of Govt. attested address proof and photo ID proof.

  14. If the aggregate of the monthly purchase advance amount is equivalent to ₹ 2 lakhs or more, submission of a PAN CARD copy is mandatory.

  15. On successful enrolment of Golden Key, a “BHIMA MY CHOICE” unique customer ID will be generated automatically.

  16. Customers can view the membership and payment details on My Bhima App / www.bhimagold.com

  17. Payments shall only be accepted by UPI/IMPS/NEFT/RTGS/debit card/credit card.

  18. All the advance payments will be accepted only within the stipulated 11-month period. The plan will be discontinued in case advance payment for 3 (three) consecutive months is not paid.

  19. A refund cannot be done under any circumstance.

  20. The Golden Key EMA plan cannot be clubbed with any of the seasonal/anniversary offers announced by Bhima.

  21. The Golden Key EMA plan cannot be clubbed/interchanged with other EMA plans run by Bhima.

  22. Golden key EMA plans if the member redeems before the 11th month will not be eligible for any benefit.
    (Ex: Redemption period – 11th month, total accumulated amount ₹ 55000. Then ₹ 55000 / ₹4800 (present gold rate) = 11.45 grams (prevailing gold rate on the date of purchase); the customer can purchase without any MC/VA product category selected.
    Ex: Redemption period – 11th month, the product selected 20 grams, then 20 grams – 11.45 grams (selected more than the eligible weight), with a balance of 8.55 grams with MC/VA applicable.)

  23. GST and any other government levies at the time of sales transaction will be borne by the customer.

  24. Customers may choose to provide the nominee name (optional) and such other particulars in the prescribed application form and furnish the KYC details of the said nominee.

  25. Bhima Gold Private Limited has the sole discretion to alter, amend, and modify the terms and conditions or to discontinue without issuing any prior intimation.

  26. All disputes in connection with this plan, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city of Bengaluru only.

SAMRUDDHI Plan

  1. Samruddhi is an absolutely beneficial jewellery purchase plan designed with an easy advance payment option.

  2. The customer must pay 11 fixed monthly advances of a minimum of ₹ 1,000/- or above (in multiples of one thousand). The advance payments cannot be extended beyond the 11th month, and they are not transferable under any circumstance.

  3. The plan involves payment of equal monthly advance over 11 Months. One monthly purchase advance shall be paid every succeeding calendar month.

  4. Payments of monthly advances against the purchase of jewellery beyond the stipulated period or payment for more than one month will not be allowed.

  5. The balance advance amount (partial closure), if any, will not be refunded in cash and can only be adjusted on the purchase of gold/silver coins.

  6. The member can purchase at the end of the 11th month with the benefit of value addition/making a charge of up to 20% on gold jewellery/gold coins.

  7. The gold rate will be applicable as of the date of billing/prevalent as of the date of purchase.

  8. Under Samruddhi, diamonds, silver and platinum ornaments cannot be purchased.

  9. Stone charges, if any, are to be paid by the customer at the time of purchase.

  10. By enrolling for Samruddhi, the customer hereby enters into an agreement to purchase jewellery from M/s Bhima Gold Private Limited (referred to as ‘Bhima’). The advance payments made by customers shall not be construed as loans or deposits. Such purchase advance payments can only be adjusted towards the purchase of jewellery from Bhima.

  11. A customer should enrol for Samruddhi after carefully reading, understanding, and agreeing to its terms and conditions and submitting the fully filled-in and signed enrolment application form along with the copy of Govt. attested address proof and photo ID proof.

  12. If the applicant is a minor (below 18 years), then furnishing guardian/parent details is mandatory, and upon maturity, the guardian/parent only will be authorised to redeem.

  13. Along with the application, the first monthly purchase advance is to be paid. If the aggregate of the monthly purchase advance amount is equivalent to ₹ 2 lakhs or more, submission of a PAN CARD copy will be mandatory. Cash cannot be accepted if the aggregate monthly advance exceeds.

  14. On successful enrolment of Samruddhi, a “BHIMA MY CHOICE” membership card with a unique customer ID shall be issued.

  15. Payment can be made by cash/UPI/DD/cheques/PDC/NACH/NEFT/Debit Card/Credit Card/My Bhima app and www.bhimagold.com.

  16. Customers can view the membership and payment details on My Bhima App / www.bhimagold.com.

  17. In case of dishonour of cheques, bank charges of Rs.250/- shall be collected,, and all future advance payments shall only be accepted by cash/UPI/DD/IMPS/NEFT/RTGS/ card/credit card.

  18. Receipts for payments shall be issued at any of our showrooms on request by the customer. In case of online payments by any mode,, including IMPS/NEFT/RTGS/NACH/My Bhima app/website, kindly quote your unique customer ID and also intimate us by email/WhatsApp with the online payment reference or screenshot.

  19. All the advance payment will be accepted only within the stipulated 11-month period. The plan will be discontinued if, in case of advance payment, payment for 3 (three) consecutive months is not made, and the member will not be entitled to any benefit.

  20. Cash refunds cannot be done under any circumstance.

  21. If the member redeems during the 8th, 9th and 10th months of enrolment, the member will be entitled to the benefit of 40%, 60% and 80% on the MC/VA for products up to 20% and product categories above 20.01% of MC/VA. 40%, 60% & 80% of 20% will be applied.
    (Ex: Redemption period – 10th month, product category selected with 25% MC/VA benefit entitled – 80% of 20%, which will be 16%. The customer will pay the balance of 9% MC/VA
    Ex: Redemption period – 10th month, product category selected with 14% MC/VA benefit entitled – 80% of 14%, which will be 11.2%. The customer will pay the balance of 2.8% MC/VA.)

  22. A member who chooses to pre-close the enrolment within the 7th month will not be eligible for any benefit.

  23. If, in case the member does not redeem upon the maturity of the Samruddhi advance payment, the aggregate amount shall be refunded to the member (if the member is a minor, the refund will be done to the guardian/parents).

  24. GST and any other government levies at the time of sales transaction will be borne by the customer.

  25. Customers may choose to provide the nominee name (optional) and such other particulars in the prescribed application form and furnish the KYC details of said nominee.

  26. Bhima has the sole discretion to alter, amend, and modify the terms and/or to discontinue it without issuing any prior intimation.

  27. In case of the loss of a membership card, the customer shall intimate Bhima with immediate effect (in writing) for security purposes; otherwise Bhima cannot be held liable for any consequences. For the loss or damage to the membership card, a duplicate card may be issued against the written request made by the customer along with applicable charges.

  28. All disputes in connection with this plan, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city of Bengaluru only.

RATNA Plan

  1. RATNA is absolutely beneficial and specially designed to purchase diamond and gold jewellery with an easy advance payment option.

  2. The customer must pay 11 fixed monthly advances of a minimum of ₹5,000 or above in multiples of one thousand. The advance payments cannot be extended beyond the 11th month, and it is not transferable under any circumstance.

  3. The plan involves payment of equal monthly advance over 11 Months. One monthly purchase advance shall be paid every succeeding calendar month.

  4. Payments of monthly advances against the purchase of diamond/gold jewellery beyond the stipulated period or payment for more than one month will not be allowed.

  5. The member can purchase diamond jewellery at the completion of the 11th month (30 days after the advance payment of the 11th month) with the benefit of two months, less than or equal to two units of contribution/advance amount as a discount. t.

  6. The member can purchase gold jewellery at the completion of the 11th month (30 days after the advance payment of the 11th month) with the benefit of one month’s less than/equal to one unit of contribution/advance amount as a discount. t.

  7. The gold rate will be applicable as of the date of billing/prevailing on the date of purchase.

  8. By enrolling for Ratna, the customer hereby enters into an agreement to purchase Diamond Jewellery from M/s Bhima Gold Private Limited (referred to as ‘Bhima’). The advance payments made by customers shall not be construed as loans or deposits. Such purchase advance payments can only be adjusted towards the purchase of diamond/gold jewellery from Bhima.

  9. A customer should enrol for Ratna after carefully reading, understanding, and agreeing to its terms and conditions and submitting the fully filled-in and signed enrolment application form along with the copy of Govt. attested address proof and photo ID proof.

  10. If the applicant is a minor (below 18 years), then furnishing guardian/parent details becomes mandatory, and upon maturity, the guardian/parent only will be authorised to redeem.

  11. Along with the application, the first monthly purchase advance is to be paid. If the aggregate of the monthly purchase advance amount is equivalent to ₹ 2 lakhs or more, submission of a PAN CARD copy will be mandatory. Cash cannot be accepted if the aggregate monthly advance exceeds.

  14. Customers can view the membership and payment details on My Bhima App / www.bhimagold.com.

  15. In case of dishonour of cheques, bank charges of ₹ 250/- shall be collected, and all future advance payments shall only be accepted by cash/UPI/DD/IMPS/NEFT/RTGS card/credit card.

  19. If the member redeems during the 8th, 9th and 10th advance made 8 units / times 9 units / times and 10 units / times only of the 11 Months / / enrolment, the member will be entitled to the benefit of 40%, 60% and 80% on the above agreed amount. (T/C 5,6)
    (Ex: Monthly advance contribution – ₹5000) Redemption period – 10th month, Diamond Jewellery selected: Benefit entitled – 80% of ₹10000, which will be ₹8000. Total amount accumulated: ₹ 50000+ Discount added: ₹8000 = ₹8000
    Ex: Advance Contributions total 10 units / times (₹5000X10=₹50000). Redemption period – after the 11th month, diamond jewellery selected as a benefit entitled – 80% of ₹10000, which will be ₹8000. Total amount: ₹50000 + ₹8000 = ₹58000.

  20. A member who chooses to pre-close/pay 7 units/times or less during the 11 Months/enrolment will not be eligible for any benefit.

  21. In case the member does not redeem upon the maturity of the RATNA advance payment, the aggregate amount shall be refunded to the member (if the member is a minor, the refund will be done to the guardian/parents).

  22. Bhima shall issue a discount voucher to the member along with the refund; the applicable discount will be provided, which can be utilised (within six months from the date of issue) only to purchase diamond/gold jewellery. The voucher value is less than/equal to one unit of contribution/advance amount and aggregated to T/C 19.

  23. GST and any other government levies at the time of sales transaction will be borne by the customer.

  24. Customers may choose to provide the nominee name (optional) and such other particulars in the prescribed application form and furnish the KYC details of said nominee.

  25. Bhima Gold Private Limited has the sole discretion to alter, amend, and modify the terms and/or to discontinue it without issuing any prior intimation.

  26. In case of the loss of a membership card, the customer shall intimate Bhima with immediate effect (in writing) for security purposes; otherwise Bhima cannot be held liable for any consequences. For the loss or damage to the membership card, a duplicate card may be issued against the written request made by the customer along with applicable charges.

  27. All disputes in connection with this plan, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city of Bengaluru only.

KUBERA Plan

  1. KUBERA is an absolutely beneficial jewellery purchase plan designed with an easy advance payment option.

  2. The customer must pay 11 fixed monthly advances of a minimum of ₹ 2,000/- (two thousand rupees) or above (in multiples of one thousand). The advance payments cannot be extended beyond the 11th month, and it is not transferable under any circumstance.

  3. The plan involves payment of equal monthly advance over 11 Months. One monthly purchase advance shall be paid every succeeding calendar month.

  4. Payments of monthly advances against the purchase of jewellery beyond the stipulated period or payment for more than one month will not be allowed.

  5. The balance advance amount (partial closure), if any, will not be refunded in cash and can only be adjusted on the purchase of gold/silver coins.

  6. The member can purchase gold jewellery/gold coins at the end of the 11th with a benefit (accumulated weight of gold) for which the customer can avail 50% off on value addition/making charge.

  7. If the purchased gold weight is more than the accumulated weight, then 100% (in full) VA will be charged on the excess weight of jewellery. (Ex: The accumulated weight is 10.89 grams; the selected jewellery weight is 15 grams. Then the member will be eligible for 50% off on VA for 10.89 grams only, and the balance weight of 4.11 grams (15 - 10.8999 = 4.11) 100% full VA to be paid by the customer...)

  8. The monthly advance payment (post credit to Bhima Jewellers bank account) will be divided by the 22kt gold rate issued by Bhima Jewellers.

  9. Under Kubera, diamonds, silver and platinum ornaments cannot be purchased.

  10. Stone charges, if any, are to be paid by the customer at the time of purchase.

  11. By enrolling for KUBERA, the customer hereby enters into an agreement to purchase jewellery from M/s Bhima Gold Private Limited (referred to as ‘Bhima’). The advance payments made by customers shall not be construed as loans or deposits. Such purchase advance payments can only be adjusted towards the purchase of jewellery / 22K gold coins from Bhima.

  12. A customer should enrol for Kubera after carefully reading, understanding, and agreeing to its terms and conditions and submitting the fully filled-in and signed enrolment application form along with the copy of Govt. attested address proof and photo ID proof.

  13. If the applicant is a minor (below 18 years), then furnishing guardian/parent details becomes mandatory, and upon maturity, the guardian/parents only will be authorised to redeem.

  14. Along with the application, the first monthly purchase advance is to be paid. If the aggregate of the monthly purchase advance amount is equivalent to ₹ 2 lakhs or more, submission of a PAN CARD copy is mandatory. Cash payment in excess of 2 lakhs cannot be accepted.

  15. On successful enrolment of KUBERA, a “BHIMA MY CHOICE” membership card with a unique customer ID shall be issued.

  16. Payment can be made by cash/DD/cheques/PDC/NACH/NEFT/UPI/Debit Card/Credit Card/My Bhima app and www.bhimagold.com.

  17. Customers can view the membership and payment details on My Bhima App / www.bhimagold.com.

  18. In case of dishonour of cheques, bank charges of Rs.250/- shall be collected, and all future advance payments shall only be accepted by cash/demand draft/IMPS/NEFT/RTGS/NACH/UPI/debit card/credit card.

  21. Cash refunds cannot be done under any circumstance.

  22. If the member redeems/discontinues within/during the 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th months of enrolment, they will be entitled to a discount equal to 10%, 20%, 30% and 40% of VA, respectively, on accumulated weight.
    Ex: Redemption period – 10th month, product category selected with 25% MC/VA benefit entitled – 40% of 25%, which will be 10%. The customer will pay the balance of 15% MC/VA.
    Ex: Redemption period – 10th month, product category selected with 14% MC/VA benefit entitled – 40% of 14%, which will be 5.6%. The customer will pay the balance of 8.4% MC/VA.

  23. If the member redeems/discontinues within/during the 6th month of enrolment, then the member will not be eligible for any discount on VA/Making Charges.

  24. In case the member does not redeem upon the maturity of the KUBERA advance payment, the aggregate amount shall be refunded to the member (if the member is a minor, the refund will be done to the guardian/parents).

  25. Bhima shall issue a discount voucher to the member (along with the refund); the applicable discount will be provided, which can be utilised (within six months from the date of issue) only to purchase gold jewellery to the extent of accumulated weight.

  26. GST and any other government levies at the time of sales transaction will be borne by the customer.

  27. Customers may choose to provide the nominee name (optional) and such other particulars in the prescribed application form and furnish the KYC details of said nominee.

  28. Bhima Gold Private Limited has the sole discretion to alter, amend, and modify the terms and/or to discontinue it without issuing any prior intimation.
